  • That is so awesome! I am just at the point where I can run over a mile nd not feel like I'm going to pass out and I can still totally remember when just a minute made me want to die. Congrats!
  • Weekends are hard for me too. I spend most of them with my boyfriend and he loves goingout to eat.. I just try to make the best choices I can and do really well the rest of the week. We do make sure to work out together every weekend so I'm sure that helps.
  • I did spark people for a year or so. I liked it but only used it for tracking food and activity. I never used the message boards etc. MFP seems to do the same but it's more streamlines and easier to navigate. I also like the "facebookiness" of MFP.   • It's crazy when you start looking at the ingredients of processed foods. Check your cereal, soy milk and that hot pocket. Natural sugar found in unprocessed foods adds up fast enough... no reason to add to it with the processed crap. That being said, it's easier to keep away from sugar in theory. Keep working on it though…
  • I'm right there with y'all! I'm on day 2 of no refined sugar, white flour, etc. I feel awful! I know that will all change in a few days and I can't wait!
