I bet that took some guts to write and post - well done. You must have been stressed out of your mind to eat that way, but please, don't worry about it any further. The past is in the past and unless you're the Doctor, there's very little one can do about it now. One binge, no matter the size, cannot hinder your body in…

The Body Composition Monitor is rather accurate, although you must be empty of all things in order for it to work correctly. Any water or food inside you will be counted as fat. When I was in hospital, they'd measure me with it both in the morning and straight after lunch - the difference was tremendous.

EAT. That is the most important thing. Eat. Listen to your body. Don't starve it. Don't punish it. It's closer to you than any friend, lover, or enemy, for that matter. Treat it as such.

Penelopé Cruz :)

I personally love Cormac McCarthy - just finished "The Road", which I found absolutely beautiful. I'm also reading the Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy, good for a laugh. If you feel like something intelligent and deep, along with stunning language, try Vladimir Nabokov. Or, if you love the English language and feel like a…

Look, it's alright. We're all human. Who knows, maybe your body was starved and in dire need of nutrition. Relish the feeling of a new day tomorrow and forgive yourself. :)

Shouted "THIS IS SPARTA" far too often.

My god, what you're wearing now is stunning beyond measure. Wow.

I'm afraid to burst a bubble here, but that show is inhumane. Not because of what you see on TV, but because of what happens off screen and through endless editing. There is constant dehydration. There are untreated injuries. There are obscene amounts of pain cut and edited to look like blatant laziness. There are…

It all depends on the audience. I am extremely insecure about my body (body dismorphia, anorexia, stretch marks, scars) and quite simply hate it. I cannot wear anything revealing. Yet I love posing nude for amateur artists. What they draw is raw human. There is no style, no beautifying, no airbrush. Just raw body. And…

When my eating disorder wasn't exactly flourishing yet, I hated them, because they negated me as a human being. Mostly they'd be formulated as "Wow, glad you lost some weight. You were beginning to look very bad indeed." or "My, you really looked fat before." Every compliment indicated that before, I looked horrible, but…

Nothing. ;)

I can relate, I really can. My hairloss began with my eating disorder recovery (yes, recovery, not the actual disorder). Sometimes, I've been told, it's the body getting into its own rhythm to start again. This might sound silly. Let me explain. If you've gone through a stressful situation, different eating patterns,…

Definitely figs. One sly fruit has 47 calories. And don't get my started on the dried ones.

Cheat days as a sort of bargain with one's self are a rather controversial issue. The 'If I am good for a week I am allowed anything I want for a day' type is fine, helps a lot of people. It's when it becomes 'I've been good for the week, now I can binge my way through the weekend and nothing counts' that one finds one has…
