I would just cut ppl I never hear from out the ones where the account is deactivated. Like someone said I'd rather have ppl who motivate me on the list than ppl who are just there to be there. Anything over 250 though lose trackof ppl.

Lol good suggestions. Today was ok bc I persuaded the offc lunch buyer to pick a healthier option but tomorrow I will bring my lunch. I will also be doing this for the rest of the week. Sucks to miss out on free lunches but I need to buckle down on my diet (as in choices of foods I eat). Thx MFPers!

Agreed! If you're not working out I would just watch my food intake more. Working out allows you to be a little more at ease with the eating but I do believe that food is most of weight loss. I lost 68 before by eating what I wanted but I worked out like a mad dog. Once I stop working out and eating everything I wanted I…

What are you eating? If MFP suggest 1700 and your other source suggest 2500 you may not be getting enough calories in, so your body maybe storing them. Im not a personal trainer or nutritionist but I really would look at what I was consuming again because if youre working out as much as you posted and taking in less…

Im probably the wrong person to answer this because I don't eat until I get to work but I try to eat as soon as possible, so Im not starving, and overeat. Right now I've been eating cereal with soymilk (Im lactose intolerant), eggs and bacon (sometimes on a whole wheat english muffin), and quaker oatmeal.

Good thread...how many times a week are you all going grocery shopping? Do you think the list helps keep you on track? It seems like Im at the grocery store everyday if Im not at Super Wal-Mart in the grocery aisles.

Good tip! I went cold turkey on the soda January 3rd (well with one slip up last week...diet soda) but I haven't craved it. I've only started working out today (which was super hard). I plan to take it as slow as possible because this is the last time Im losing this weight. This is hard work. Thanks for the tips!
