As they say abs are made on the kitchen. I would suggest a clean diet along with cardio and a good ab routine. With more focus on diet than exercise.

Im 5'3 and my goal is to get my doctor off my back. Which will take me getting down to at least 140 o_o I feel great in the 160's though but the stats still leave me overweight at that weight. We shall see what this body can do.

Thats disgusting! SMDH. I usually see ppl just not wiping down the machines after sweating on them like a sprinkler. I ALWAYS wipe them down before and after I use the machines because Im a germaphobe and I know most machines dont get wiped.

If I felt like that I would take a day or two or three off to get remotivated and energized. Also if I wasn't losing weight I would check my diet (its always the 1st thing I check). When I want chocolate I go for dark chocolate and I remember to eat everything in moderation. So instead of having alot everyday I try to limit myself to whatever chocolate I want to once a week if at all. Those low fat, sugar substitutes do nothing for me when I want chocolate.

Im an 80/20 eater. I don't usually buy organic, but I will if I see something on sale. I try to get my vegs and fruits in daily (which is better than I did before when I didnt at all), and Im slowly but surely weaning myself off of processed and fast foods. Its hard but I know it will help me with my goal in the long run.

Im doing Turbo Fire! I dont use the schedule but I workout with it. I LOVE it too! I think I will start using the schedule soon though once I figure out how to work it into my running and strength training schedule.
