Yea, I agree with ditching WW. I too cook great meals. Sautéed spinach and portabella mushroom with grilled blacken chicken breast. Or sautéed garlicky asparagus with grilled or baked flounder..yumm:-}

How much water are you drinking? I consume 101 oz of water daily, do Leslie sansone 7 to 6 times a wk, and started out on 1200 cals a day now up to 1800 but I don't eat up to that. I try to stay under it when I can. I feel great. I losing about 3-4lbs a wk. which I think its too fast but I will take what I can.

I have come to the realization that if I were to keep up my old habits I am welcoming hypertension, diabetes, and a whole other list of diseases I don't want. I have to for once put myself first. Not too mention I'm allergic to this rollercoaster ride with my weight.

Considering I am in Maryland with the lovely snow my plans has been cancelled. I will be home with my 4yr twins and side piece I mean hubby will be working ha ha... but I will probably have to count in all the wine into my calorie count.

My favorite while on the go for breakfast or lunch is a proti max 8oz smoothie with my added twist of low fat la yogurt, cup of frozen strawberries, one banana, and half cup of skim milk blended til smooth yumm.

Yea, it sounds like this could be possible. I too have little ones twins that is. Therefore, I'm now trying to get up at 5am every morning and hit a different workout on YouTube. This morning it was belly dancing. Look out sexy abs here I come...try this. Good luck...

My idea size would be a 12. I have not been this size since tenth grade. By graduation I was a size 20 and have been battling this up and down roller coaster ever since.

I am losing weight for myself, my health, and my kids. If I were to keep up all my bad eating habits I am welcoming my family history of hypertension and diabetes. I was tired of feeling like crap, having no energy, busting out of my clothing and the list goes on. I want my life back.
