If woman can't get motivated by looking at what you have achieved they never will. You look great but then you already know that. You can also link the Road Bike with your MFP and it uploads the calorie burn into your MFP. It does lots more, you should check it out :)

If you have an I phone there is a free app called Runtastic, through this app you can pick up another app called road bike. This runs off of GPS and works great for me.

I agree with you, however; for me it is the healthy lifestyle that i'm addicted to not the gym. If I don't go to the gym I feel that I cheated myself.

I monitor daily intake but look at the entire week to see where i'm at towards my goal. I work harder some day's if I know I have a tough day coming up, then I can eat more :)

I work a second shift position that is from 4 pm until 330 am 4 days a week. My day starts on one day and ends on another. I plan my meals around my sleep habits. It is a way of life and all about making better choices. I just ask myself "is it worth it" after I spent 1.5 hrs at the gym this morning ! :) I find that I am asking myself that question less and less.
