    If woman can't get motivated by looking at what you have achieved they never will. You look great but then you already know that. I wish my girlfriend would post pictures as she works hard and looks great also. Keep the pictures coming as they are very motivating to see what hard work will get you. Great job!

    You look awesome! I love these posts! I started at 224 and have about a 55 lb weight loss goal (may go more), so it's nice to see someone similar to my body type. I am only 5'6 though.
