  • Most of the time probably around 2000 kcal, I've really only gained weight in few rather short periods, 20 pounds when I was an exchange student at 17yo (and I gained those in like 2 months or something equally ridiculous) and then another 20 when I was pregnant with my first born. After that I've really just hovered…
  • Every single time I go out on the weekends I gain between 2 and 4 pounds, usually it's 2 days later that the added weight shows up, exactly like you are talking about. I then usually just stick to a 12 - 1300 kcal diet for a day or two and the weight comes right off, often followed by a loss in the next few days. I…
  • For me it generally goes quicker. I have 3 children and the weight I've gained during the pregnancy generally just drops off as soon as I do something about my diet (but no sooner ;) ).
  • I'm also 5'4 and I don't think I'd go much under 140 pounds, I'm big boned and don't look good when very small. I remember dropping to 127 pounds at 15 and the school nurse had a chat with me 'cause she thought I was starting to look to thin. It's all relative, I don't really aspire to be skinny, it isn't a good look for…

  • I just finished it 2 days ago, took 2 months but it finally happened. Didn't loose a ton of weight (maybe 4 - 5 pounds) but it definitely helped tone me up and I've lost more inches than I thought I would, an inch from both my thighs and upper arms, 3 inches from my waist and 2 from my hips. So I'm definitely more than…

  • My lower back pain hasn't been related to my weight at all (highest weight 185 pounds, I'm 5'4), rather it's the lack of exercise and terrible posture (sitting at a computer and on the couch all day long) that's been terrible for it. I also have very relaxed ligaments which doesn't exactly help. What's helped me the most…
  • I'm half way through level 2. I've been doing it a bit more slowly than she says to do it, but I don't think it's that important, I am for at least 3 sessions per week. Level 2 is so much harder than level 1 which I breezed through, I'm scared of level 3 now haha :)
  • I honestly don't think skinny jeans look good on almost anyone. I'm pear shaped and never wear them, my sister is almost exactly my size and shape and she sometimes wears them and every time I think how not flattering they look. I do think they can look ok on anyone if you wear them with for example boots and a long, thick…
  • Aaaah, ok. Thanx so much for replying :)
  • I've done it 4 times so far, started last week. My knee is giving me a bit of pain though so am trying not to overdo it.
  • I'm 5'4, 173 pounds and size 14 (in american sizes). A few years ago I was 30 pounds lighter and "only" went down one size (to size 12). I don't lose a whole lot in that area it seems, very wide hips.
