Manually enter calories?
I can't seem to find an answer to this one (tried reading through lots of different threads). So is it not possible to manually enter exercise calories?

I forgot how frustrating plateaus are!
I've "only" been at this for a couple of months, lost 10 pounds and have now hit my first plateau - the scale has not budged in 2 weeks. It's so frustrating and makes me so incredibly irritated!
