I forgot how frustrating plateaus are!

I've "only" been at this for a couple of months, lost 10 pounds and have now hit my first plateau - the scale has not budged in 2 weeks. It's so frustrating and makes me so incredibly irritated!

I knew this would happen so I was careful to take all my measurements and the inches are coming off but it's so incredibly hard not to fixate on the number on the scale!

I absolutely think this is a mental problem, the scale will for sure start going down again but oh boy, this is such an exercise in keeping calm and staying on track!

Hang in there! Just hit a three week plateau myself, and boy, it was hard not to get discouraged. Way to go on the 10 pounds. Keep on doing what you're doing. Best wishes!

I am also stuck at same weight, from reading other's posts it seems it happens, so guess we just have to keep plodding on. Still sucks though :(

put very little weight on what the scale says. weigh yourself once a week, just to gauge progress.
    focus on your effort
giving your all in every workout
making the best possible choices for healthy eating
being consistent in both of the above.

it's not really a plateau unless it's a month or more. if you weigh less than 200lbs, it can be longer between whooshes.
try not to obsess focus on giving your workouts your all.
    try new healthy recipes
    try new workouts
try working out in different range of motion
    heavier weights
    remember to rest

Who cares what the scales say. Measurements are where its at :)

Hang in there. Sooner more than later it will begin to fall again.
