I think I would fit in this category as well, but I LOVE lifting. It makes me feel very strong at the end of a work out as your muscles tighten (and feel bigger). Just started it last night. It was a pretty good workout, I really need to get some weights though, I used cans of coconut milk...just not the same... Good luck!!
