Do you drink enough water?

You're not eating enough.

We have a rowing machine (a water one to be exact, it has a tank...), it stores upright :)

You're roughly the same height and weight as me, 1200 calories isn't enough food for me personally - have you set it to loose 2 pounds a week? Try 1.5 instead.

The first meal after waking up is breakfast, no matter what time you're eating it.

I find them too expensive, it's £22 for the first outfit in the UK (which is $33) and then £50 plus after. I also would have liked to be told that's only if you sign up VIP before you check out that you get the first outfit cheaper. I can get a pair of leggings, top, sports bra and hoody for £50 from Forever 21, and yes…

Great advice doesn't sell book/magazines (most of the time), because then their reader's would be thin/fit and wouldn't need their advice anymore.

Pernicious anemia for me. Untreated. Doctors don't believe me when I say I eat meat and take vitamin supplements...

I have a beautiful dress that I bought secondhand on Ebay (I didn't intend to fit into it, I just loved the fabric and planned to cut it up), I'm going to get dolled up and go out for a meal and wear that dress.

Log it and move on. Everyday is a fresh start, don't let one day ruin your whole week.

I mainly eat full fat, except for mince and mayo - prefer the taste. It's so hard to find full fat yogurt in supermarkets...

http://stupideasypaleo.com/2013/11/23/paleo-breakfast-sausage-scotch-eggs/ I make these with 700g of lean pork mince instead of 500g of ground, 30g of protein per scotch egq according to MFP. They are awesome for breakfast too as it states. Also, you don't need to work out to have protein powder, I use to have a shake as a…

Strawberries and other berries, vanilla soya yogurt (or greek) and a drizzle of raw honey. Home made granola. (I make mine without oats so it's quite high in fat and protein) Or combine it all, however the top one is lower in calories so you can have a larger serving.

I think it's strange someone would even ask, well, maybe a friend or family member. I mean I don't think it's any of my bloody business if someone is pregnant unless they bring it up. (I'm not the maternal type, so maybe that's why I think like this) Someone asked my mum if she was pregnant, she's fifty three, with grey…

Eat well, drink plenty of water and persevere. It's a mental exercise as well as physical. It's suppose to be hard, that's how you know you're working your muscles. If you lift as much as you can safely manage with good form you will be surprised how quickly you progress in the beginning. When I started doing lifting (I'm…

I haven't gained weight...but I can't loose it either. I'm going to up my water intake and see if that helps (I might just be retaining rather than the coil stopping me from loosing weight).

Hi Emma, I'm Becca, and I live about 40mins from Glastonbury, in a village near Frome. I will add you as I'm pretty new on this site myself!

I don't think a lot of people realise how many calories they're eating when they have fast food, perhaps a regulation that requires all eateries to provide calorie information clearly on their menus, so that people can make their own informed choice would help without getting too involved. As has been said before, it's…

Just don't overcook it, Salmon should be delicious even when plain. It's got quite a delicate flavour and overcooked it tastes of nothing. I grill a fillet for ten minutes at a mediumish heat (200 degrees in UK temperature) sometimes less if it's thin.
