I cannot do a full set of workouts yet. I have to stop about 10-20 sec before then end of my min on pretty much everything. Once I can do it begining to end or close too I will increase my calories.

I believe insanity will help anyone but you have to be willing to do the work. It is hard but so worth it. I am half done the recovery week (week5) I have lost 20lbs and am down 4 sizes. I do not follow their nutrition plan but I did cut my calories in half. I eat about 1,000 a day. You will be hungry for the first week…
