I'm on my 5th day of Insanity! I've gotten as far as 3 weeks and saw very good results though, this time i'm determined to stick to it along with healthy eating! Anyone in need of support and motivation, feel free to add me I need some online company for my journey0

I started Insanity today!(: Feel free to add me. I went right into Plyo..Since I'm very familiar with Insanity already and have done the fit test tons of times. But, I've never completed the program. In the past I've only finished 1 week of Insanity, And i could already see a change. I don't even think i was eating clean as i would of liked. Anyways..Im gonna stick with Insanity. Just keep pressin play and do the workout even if you dont feel like it! Youll feel much better once your done!! ^-^0

Is it strange that I'm honestly SCARED to attempt Insanity? I've seen what it can do for a woman's figure, but I'm terrified of it. How do people overcome the fear and jump right in?0

Hiya! No it's not strange... I think we've all been there! What I could tell you is to just buy the darn thing! That's the first step and once you have it, you can't let all that money go to waste. :P
Insanity is scary! I won't lie to you. But you get stronger as the days go! I could barely jump in the beginning, but by the end of the second month, I felt like I could do a Tough Mudder! Just remember.. you don't have to be a pro at it, but as long as you put in the effort, you'll see results. Promise!
YOU CAN DO IT!! If we can, there's no reason you can't!0 -

I'm 9 days away from finishing Insanity!!! I'll post pics then!
Also: I was TERRIFIED to start Insanity. Cried every day the first week before the workout. But it is so worth every single drop of sweat, every dollar spent on food and the work out, and every tear shed. Why? Because I'm better. For me, hubby and kids.
Round 2 starts in 2 weeks!0 -

I just want to say thank you to all those who have posted pics. When you watch the ad for Insanity it always leaves doubt if these people actually got those results by just doing Insanity, so I am always a little sceptical about it, but seeing these amazing results from others who have achieved this from sticking with the program and are not being used to advertise the dvds really gives me the incentive to keep going.
Well done guys and thank you again x0 -
Great job everyone!0

I am in my recovery week and starting month two next week. I started Insanity to "lose the holidays." (through November to January I gained 8 pounds.) Since I started I have lost 7 pounds, so I am 1 pound from my preholiday weight. In the past it has taken me until summer to lose the holidays. I am hoping over the next month to have similar results. I am training for a half marathon in May and it would really help my knees to lose about 10-15 pounds before then. Speaking of knees, I am taking a daily naproxen to keep the inflamation of my knees to a minimum--honestly this is not a nice workout for them. If you have knee pain do not do this workout.
I have no now pictures, but will say I've noticed that my shoulders are really ripped (from the back especially), and my thighs and calves are more muscular from the plyo...however my waist is about an inch smaller than the last time I was at this weight...and I think I saw hip bones this week...which is amazing considering I still weigh 183.
I would do this again...it is good results, but I also feel like ANY workout you do consistantly will get results. If you need someone else to "think" you through a workout this will work.0 -
I am on my 2nd week of insanity I recomend it to anyone thats wants to see fast results im guessing it all depends on each persons metanolism but on my first day I weight 170 , now on my sexond week i have dropped to 164.8. I was fascinated and shocked i literally got on the scale 5 times because of how much and how fast i lost the weight and my clothes fit much better they are statting to fit a little loose and u get 5 meals a day. Love it cant wait to finish0

I started Insanity yesterday on Monday. This is no joke! The fit test was pretty much an epic fail, but that gives me motivation to improve. I'm gonna keep pushing it to the limit. Day 1 Complete0

I believe insanity will help anyone but you have to be willing to do the work. It is hard but so worth it. I am half done the recovery week (week5) I have lost 20lbs and am down 4 sizes. I do not follow their nutrition plan but I did cut my calories in half. I eat about 1,000 a day. You will be hungry for the first week but once your stomach starts shrinking you will feel less hunger. Don't get discouraged either. Especially if you havn't worked out before. I still cannot do one exersice begining to end but aslong as you try you will get results. Good luck to everyone and it is totally worth it. You will have more energy, less pain and even sleep better at night.0
