Ok, you're right man. Diet soda is perfectly fine and has no adverse effects on the human body. We should have been drinking it thousands of years ago.

First off, disregard the comment from whoever said diet soda isn't any worse than a cup of coffee. That's simply not true. Natural black coffee has non of the crap that it is in a diet soda. I've acquired a taste for black coffee since trying a "Dairy Free" diet. It was rough the first week, but now I love it. I don't know all of the things in energy drinks, but I presume they're not good for you. I used to love sugar free Redbull, now I maybe have one twice a month. Jmo

My kids keep me going. I knew at 330+ lbs I wouldn't be able to be around to see them grow. Lots of ups and downs, but now I'm at 210lbs and still going. Stay strong, you got this!

Easy one I do on the treadmill: -5 mins 3.0mph walk at 10 incline -30 second sprint -3 minute run/jog -30 second sprint -1 minute walk Repeat this 3 times (just this lower part)

Game style push-ups as well as walk out push-ups. Good old fashion dips and pull-ups.

Buffalo turkey bites. Mix 1 pound of ground turkey with one raw egg and chopped up celery crumbled blue cheese and a little cream cheese. Dip them into Frank's red hot sauce then bake them. Take them out and give them one more covering of red hot sauce. Serve with some raw celery and ranch dip. Enjoys mofos.
