I mix my chocolate protein powder with 10-16oz of black iced coffee (sometimes with an espresso shot). Works great for me and no unpronounceable ingredients :)

1.5 Gallons of water if you're hungry? I generally drink a bottle of water before I eat and throughout the day, but what you're saying seems a little excessive lol. I usually drink half my weight in OZ, e.g. 200lb person drinks 100 oz of water. jmo.

What is your water intake like? Within 15 minutes of waking up I generally drink 16 ounces of water with chia seeds, then have my breakfast within the hour.

That's good. Definitely consider adding another 100 calories with nuts or fruit.

It depends on the calories and nutrients in those shakes. I wouldn't replace a meal with just that if it's only say 150 calories. I'd eat a piece of fruit or something with it.

It's a good HIIT program with some body weight training too. But, I'd try to do like a 3 day split with lifting. I just don't feel like it's enough of a work out by itself, for me personally anyways. It all depends on the individual persons goals though. Good luck everyone. :)

Ahhhhh calories. I started reading other people's comments lol. I just double my protein scoops for extra calories.

I've been getting in my extra protein with the Tuna Creations ready packs (lemon pepper). I'll eat 2 and that's almost 40g of protein and not super filling, plus it's only a couple hundred calories total and good for on the go. It's hard for me to get 210 g of protein a day, so those really help. Good luck bro.
