I came across this article the other day and found it very interesting. I was hesitant to post it here, but I think it's relevant. Beyond that, I don't care to offer my opinion. I just thought y'all might like to read it too.

    Good share, actually a good read. Word play is always tricky and it's confusing for people just getting into a "healthy" lifestyle.

    This helps to back up many of the discrepancies that just because one eats "healthy", they'll be "healthy" when health is much more than just what you eat. I liked the article alot.

    I make a breaded chicken strip using spicy pork rinds. Hella good.
