I came across this article the other day and found it very interesting. I was hesitant to post it here, but I think it's relevant. Beyond that, I don't care to offer my opinion. I just thought y'all might like to read it too.

This helps to back up many of the discrepancies that just because one eats "healthy", they'll be "healthy" when health is much more than just what you eat. I liked the article alot.
