Hey everyone, I was 330+ lbs and I'm now down to 210lbs. I started my journey with MFP, but once I was in good shape I stopped logging in. CHOLESTEROL - Your daily intake?
I'm just curious as to what others cholesterol intake is. I seem to hit my daily allowance fairly fast. MFP put me at 300 for my goal. Is this high, low, average? Please, any info will help. Thanks

BLANK PROFILE PIC!?!? - Annoying or NOT?
I don't know why, but I find this extremely annoying. I'd rather see a pic that is not you than a blue-circle-head-outline-person. Even though, I don't really like that either. Anyone feel the same? Or am I weird?

HEAVY Guys! I'm looking for advice..
Hey guys, Just wondering if any guys in the 250-350lb range have had success lifting weights while trying to drop a lot of excess pounds. I'm near 300lbs from 320 in the beginning of the year. I'm trying to get to 225. Right now I'm pretty much only doing cardio - What have been your experiences? Any Advice. Thanks!

I didn't know where to post this... Just wondering what kind of bathroom scales you all use? I have a 20 dollar weight watcher glass digital from Costco. It seems okay. I want to get a new one though... Suggestions? Thanks

Getting fit while at work!
