Mocha Pre-Workout Protein Shake!

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to share something I've been doing that works well and tastes good! Pre-workouts like C4 and whatever else just make me feel like crap, so I had to find something else. Here's what I've been making:

Mocha Protein Shake

*10-16 oz of iced black coffee (keep or toss ice)
*1 shot of espresso (optional)
*2 scoops of chocolate protein powder (your preference of brand)

Throw it in your blender bottle before your workout and go.

It tastes awesome just like that, but you can experiment with adding other things like cream or flavoring. I'd try as is first though.
