I'm curious, too. What is your height?

Sorry, only been on here 30 days. So, can I go to bed with 988 calories and try tomorrow with avocados, almonds, and such? (I eat smart balance peanut butter everyday). Or should I force myself to eat 300 more calories?

-
Okay, thank you. All of this helps.

Oh, man, mine is not appropriate but I can't help myself...forgive me... Q. Why does it take longer for a woman to orgasm than it does a man? A. Who cares. Usually said to a guy FROM a guy but maybe he'll see you have a fun sense of humor!

I read Jillian picked the trainers out...who knows...

I feel you! You must hang in there. Drink some herbal tea...and lots of it! That should help with cravings and wanting that full feeling as well as kicking your cold in the butt. YOU GOT THIS!!!

Good for that doctor! and god for you! I had a problem with binge eating myself. I was sick for a few years and lost a lot of weight (stopped looking after seeing 113 pounds on the scale because my low weight was scaring me)! So, for those few years, I had to appetite. I had to force myself to eat half a banana or an egg.…

Thank you! Bump!

This site is not about supporting eating or body image disorders. We are just people trying to get healthy. Please, seek professional help. A goal of 110 pounds at 5'9 is not good for your heart.

What does bump mean? I've been wondering for week:blushing:
-
Aw

Good job hanging in there! 31 pounds is frickin' great! KEEP IT UP! and you're right; the scale is the devil. You are most likely getting some muscle mass as the fat is coming off- and people are noticing!

Same thing happened to me (and still happening). I simply can't force myself to eat if I'm not hungry- so that's off the table. I'm interested to see what other have to say...

I do Just Dance and Just Dance 2 almost everyday!!! I, too try to beat my high score-sometimes resulting in me doing the same song three times in a row! I calculate my calories as "Dancing, modern, aerobic, twist"...though 40 minutes will only give 250 calories! and for all of us that does Wii Just Dance 2...knows we are…

It's strange because I noticed it the other way, too. I do 60 minutes of yoga and it kicks my butt! My arms are shaking when I'm through and I always feel it the next day...However, MFP only gives me 198 calories burned for it...NOWAY! But when I play 30 minutes of boxing on my Wii system...I burn 268 calories and my legs…

Grinding is a must for our bodies to get the benefits. Also freeze what you've ground.

It is unhealthy not wanting to eat things that will help your body. Mentally and physically. We can all relate at some point or another; but once you take care of yourself you will feel better and look better! If you can't wrap your mind around this then maybe a counselor would be a good step. So many of us go through this…

Add sugars to your tracker. For a 1,200 calorie diet they suggest 24 grams. Now, thankfully this number gets higher with exercise. After I started tracking sugar I realized so many of my favorite "healthy" foods were loaded with sugar (protein bars, marinara sauce, salsa's, and heavy fruits). I hope this helps. It helped…

Breakfast; IHOP- stuffed french toast with strawberries. Lunch- Boneless chicken wings- sweet and spicy w/ blue cheese dressing. AND dinner would be during the countdown because I'd be eating sushi and I'm allergic to all fish. BUT I'd have Unagi maki, spicy tuna rolls, spicy salmon, spider roll, caterpillar roll, and lots…

Thanks. I'll do some outside research on that! You're right 2-3 servings of fruit...that doubles MFP's sugar limit. I've been hitting the dreaded red negative numbers almost everyday, even if 3 or 4. Ugh!
-
You said it sister. Thank you. I know exactly what Trader Joe's product you are talking about! So, stay at their suggested level until I reach my goal, then slowly incorporate natural sugars. Thanks!
-
But wouldn't MFP take into account we are not eating processed sugar since we are all dieting and eating healthy? Yet, it still gave me a 24 gram limit.

I have heard of it and tried it a few times*. What I did was take two days a month to eat whatever I wanted (never back to back), spaced out. It's suppose to reset your metabolism. All I know is I never hit a wall in losing weight and never gained from it. The ONLY thing I had trouble with was every time I stopped dieting…

Just friend requested you! We live very close and are the same age! WE GOT THIS :)

I do about 7 songs and count it as ballroom dancing.

Have you ever heard the book, 'You're Not Hungry, You're Thirsty'? It's amazing what 80 ounces of water throughout the day will do for the hunger! Make sure to spread it out, too! Works like a charm :)
