Hi everyone, I'm 47, from Ontario Canada. I am 5'4" 143 lbs, want to lose about 15 lbs. I have 4 girls 26, 24,12 and 10 and three step children 30,28 (both boys) and 25 year old stepdaughter. I was down to a size 4 and 126 lbs 2 years ago but got ill and couldn't workout and had a hard time with dieting. I am now back on…

You can add me if you'd like. I'm a 47 year old mom of 7, 4 are mine and 3 step.
-
you can also add me. That is a quick weight loss. I eat 1200 a day, exercise for at least 1 hour 5-6 days a week and I lost 8.9 lbs in over a month.

some people can't afford a gym even at $10/month. I choose to exercise at home since the money I would spend on the gym, I can spend on equipment that I can use and I don't have to wait for equipment to be free

I've done that as well. I've added you :)

Unfortunately I don’t like cottage cheese

Thanks everyone. Thanks never thought of the tomato juice.

Wow didn’t realize so many had low blood pressure. Thanks for the encouragement. I feel so much better now.
-
Thanks, good to know.

Too expensive for me.

Does it measure heart rate?
-
Out of my price range

I have the vivofit 2 right now which I love cause it's a watch battery but hate the heart rate band you have to put on. I did 2 miles yesterday, put it on but forgot to turn it on, argh!!! I'm looking at the Vivo Smart 3, which is waterproof but needs to be charged every few days. I find the Apple watch overrated as well…

Can you swim with it?

Lol I’m sure my husband would love that
-
But I want something for heart rate, sleep, steps, the whole thing and a phone can’t do that.
-
Thank you everyone. That’s a much better way of looking at things and of course everything in moderation. Thank you
-
I was thinking that too and yes right now we are in a heat wave and it's about 40 degrees during the day (104F)

Hi there I’m also a college student. I decided to go back to college and finish what I started 30 years ago. It’s not easy but doing it. And eating healthy and exercising is hard when all you do is school and homework.
