New to the Fitbit world. I just got a Fitbit Charge 3 and my MFP info is showing on my app but my Fitbit info is not showing on MFP. How can I fix that?

Low blood pressure
I had a checkup today with my doctor and I have very low blood pressure. Some of my meds lower my bp so we are tweaking that, weaning me off one and possibly lowering the other one. So now I have to monitor my bp daily to see what happens. Yeah!!! And I know this sounds bad but I have to eat more salt 😫. I guess we’ll see…

So bloated and crampy

Getting frustrated
I'm getting frustrated, I do strength training 5 days a week, cardio every day and watch my diet but yet the scale hasn't moved still the same for the last three weeks. I did start this program at the beginning of the month but no change for 3 weeks?? I don't get it?

OK I'm pretty close to where I wanted to be weight wise, but now I want to gain muscles. So if I go on my profile, do I change it to gain, maintain??? Not sure what to do. If I put maintain, it changes my calories to over 2000 a day? And if I write lose .5 lbs it says 1900 calories but if I want to lose 2 lbs it says 1200.…

How accurate is this with the amount of calories you should be consuming? I'm doing a program on bodybuilding.com and it tells me I should be eating more than 2000 calories a day but yet mfp says I should eat 1200??? Which is right?

Calories burned?
I just did my workout and my hrm says I burned 217 calories but mfp says 110. Why does it bring it down? I don't get it.

I was playing on the trampoline with the kids and my hrm told me I burned 364 calories but mfp says it's only 161. Why the difference?

Weight loss or muscle gain?
I haven't hit my weight loss goal but I'm now lifting weight to bulk up. So I'm trying to calculate my calories allowed for the day, but I'm unsure what to put, weight loss or gain? Cause I know by lifting I will be gaining muscle so what do I put so I can get an accurate number on calories allowed?
