I want to build muscle
I'm looking for pointers to build muscle. I know you're all going to say lean muscle, but I'm looking to be more than just lean if that makes any sense. I'm planning on working at home and getting a home gym, so any input, advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for the help

I've done 2 days and boy am I sore, but feeling good :smiley: I do run a mile on the treadmill afterwards and before this I do the 30 day ab challenge and the 30 day arm challenge.

I started doing this one. I'm inly on day 2 but boy I hurt and I do a mile on the treadmill after.

HRM?
I have the vivofit so when I exercise I have to strap on my hrm. Should I stop it as soon as I'm done my workout or wait til my heart rate is back to normal? I turn it off when I'm done but want to make sure I'm doing it right for tracking my workouts. Thanks and have a great Monday everyone ☺️

Not eating enough?
A few times now when I go to complete my entry at the end of the day it tells me that I'm not eating enough. Vivofit and MFP not syncing?
Not sure why, but my Vivofit and MFP are not syncing and I don't know why. They were ok two days ago and now, I can't get them to sync. How do I fix it?

For those that use it, have you maxed out on steps? Mine stopped at 22098 but I did walk more after noticing the steps and it hasn't changed?

Burning calories?
I'm wondering why when I exercise and I use my heart rate monitor, my Garmin says I lost a certain amount of calories but when it transfers it here to my fitness pal it's like half the calories that my Garmin gave me. Why is that?

I eat breakfast, then lunch but by supper time I am starving and then go over as I'm not feeling full. What can I do to prevent that?

Weighing food?
I started weighing everything I eat as I found out that by measuring cups and tablespoons I was over eating. My question is when I login my food why is it that some of the food you can't put in by weight? How do I do it?

Tracking exercises
i have the Garmin vivofit and when I exercise I wear the HRM. Does that mean I don't have to enter what I did in MFP cause it will track it when I sync.
