Weight training - workout #1

I did my first workout on my new weight bench. It was chest and triceps. Feeling pretty good.

    Good for you!! :) I have a Bow flex and am thinking about selling it and moving to freeweights. Finances are tight and so is my available space so I can't have both.....

    I went to free weights because I asked on here and was told that free weights are better.
