I was losing 1lb a week on 1200 calories per day, I read through the following post which I came across on another thread. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12 I followed the advice, upped my calories to 1400 per day and have lost 2lb this week instead of just the one! :)…
