Hi, new to myfitnesspal

I have a few lbs to drop that I've let creep up over the past 6 months. I love the calories in / calories out tracking, I've never tracked calories before so this is fun. Looking forward to reading tips on avoiding snacking and cravings. I'm 52 and I believe you can teach an old dog new tricks!

    The way i advoid to much tracking, meal prep and tracking most of my food before I eat it. everything is tracked for breakfast, snack, lunch and snack.. so I know I dont have much room for mindless snacking because I need space for dinner.
