i'm down 70 lbs so far!! i'm not to my goal yet. i want to get to 160 lbs but i've been on a plateau for over a month now. i'm hoping i'll get there. i started january 8th 2013. i was a size 17/18 and i'm down to a size 7/8.

I lost the same amount of weight that I would have lost if I wouldn't have taken it. Wasn't worth it to me. Huge waste of money. Should have saved it and got a heart rate monitor or more protein shakes.

I've lost about the same amount of weight as you have. I've been at a plateau for three weeks now and its really upsetting. Last time I was at a plateau I drank tons and tons of water and it got me past it. I think I will try that again. I think my pounds fall off in chunks. I don't lose pounds every week. This has been worrying me too. I was 220lbs for three weeks. I was getting discouraged. Then out of nowhere 8lbs fell off and stayed off. I have three larger meals and I snack twice in between them. My snacks are usually fruit and veggies with maybe a string cheese thrown in.

I'm now 209lbs down from 237lbs. My goal weight is 160lbs. I haven't been that in about 10 years! My first goal is to be under 200lbs. Then next 180lbs. I feel like I'd even be happy at 175lbs. We will see how I feel when I get there. I'm a "right now" kind of person and this is killing me!

I like it way more than turbo jam! I break a sweat faster and the workouts aren't as long.

I'm totally interested! I did p90x for a month and then insanity/turbo jam for a month. I just started turbofire yesterday and I'd like to be part of a group! It's nice to know you aren't doing it alone.
