Nice work ladies. Keep in mind Abdominal development is highly genetic related. Not saying you cant sculpt them but positioning of the abs, whether you have a 2 / 4 / 6 / 8. Is based on genetics. Thats why everyone lean enough to show the abdominals looks a little different.

Power movements are always performed better using a comfortable weight and slowly progressing. Naturally you will pickup better form. Too heavy of a weight on them too soon in learning the exercise will cause bad habits. Didnt watch your video but make sure you arent going too heavy in the beginning.

Any macronutrient over your daily energy expenditure will turn to fat. You can get fat off broccoli if you eat enough of it. Altho thatd be a lot of Broccoli lol.

I have 7 or 8 beers every week. I just plan my Refeed day around going out with a date or friends that way I can eat and have a few beers and not feel bad about it.

Same for me. SOOOOOO CALORIE dense and hard to measure. 2Tlbs is 200 calories! Normally id use 4x that.

Been cutting for four months for vacation. Altho I plan on keeping my goal bodyfat through most of summer. I normally bulk during the fall winter and cut for the summer but this summer Im gonna be leaner then the usual 10-12 % as Im currently around 8-9 with 4 weeks left to get to 7ish.
