Quick Question on self-Calorie count.

Hi everyone,
Got a quick question that I can't find the answer to on MFP.

I started out at 1920 calories that I could have a day, then I went down to 1820 when I lost 12 pounds. Just recently I went down to 1720 after dropping more pounds. My question is.....I didn't update my weight status but it just dropped to 1720 calories automatically. Is this normal? How is this calculated? Thanks for any info....

Sincerely,
Mark R. Ah-Low, US Navy Retired.

Update your weight on MFP and it will recalculate when you change ur goals.

You don't have to change your goals for it to change. When you log in any weight losses OR gains it will adjust your calorie intake according to how much you want to lose/wk.
