So i decided i am gunna keep my diary open this whole week and change my eating habbits.... Starting with fibre! If u guys want to follow my diary and give me tips here and there i will b fine with that

If your in canada go to sobeys on dollar days!!! Shop when there is sales and use coupons on top!! If worse comes to worse and you are having troubles with money Go to the local food bank they will make you a hamper

Not breast feeding!!! Disnt produce enough... And with my " snacks" wouldnt b good!!! But i will try to be better at eating dont wanna b sick for my baby

Im about the 5'7 mark maybe a bit under and Im trying to get back to my 108 i was b4 i had my baby (6 1/2 months old now) Right now im around 125 when i started last week i was about 129

When i havent eaten all my callories (1210) for the day I have whisky and gingerale! Ive lost 3 pounds in the last 6 days.... So i think its ok

I agree with that someone would count calories either way with or without mfp I am obsessed with my weigh ins and counts! If it goes in My mouth it goes in my mfp diary! I find it a useful tool Because it does the math for u!

Im a mom of 2 the oldest is 2 1/2 yrsthe youngest is 6 1/2 months I work 9 hrs a day and go to the gym 1 hr a day I bring a box of food with me to work and put It in the fridge! When theres no time to make food in the Morning i know i have stuff at work! (Fruits and salads)
