Your body knows what u need if you eat and your full thats fine! Some healthy foods are low in calories and filling! If you feel good and feel you are getting enough i wouldnt worrt to much about it

Just go with your body if your not hungry dont force yourself to eat ibe missed meals and havent lost any sleep over it

Mine is set at 1200 and i do not eat back my exersize i have lost 10 pounds this month ( i weigh in tomorow) so it might be more of a loss. And i feel healthy and great with it. Everyone has a different opinion on it though i say just do what u feel is right for your body

Tell them you ate your full and if u take one bite of that cookie you will puke on there shoes.... Chances r they wont try forcing u to take it!

If your going to breastfeed dont try to lose weight till after your done breastfeeding! Besides with my first child while breast feeding it seamed i lost weight faster afterwards than my second child were i did not breast feed! DO NOT count calories while breadt feeding eat healthy it will work its self out! Count calories…

I had mine open from other people's request and kept it open and kept getting ridiculed over it so now its only open to friends.... Besides i know what i eat and if it goes in mouth it goes in my diary i do not miss an ounce of food!

If i could break every mirror in the house i would but unfortunatly we have to come to a realization that we are who we are and the only thing we can do about it is try to help ourselves by taking that next step weather its lose weight or be more healthy or both! I hear u. U hang in there dont give up!!
