Im not sure i just eat when im hungry stay under or the same as my goal then add in my excersize... Havent really thought about it till now! Today was a really hungry day though ive been pretty good for a month ... Since i started this mfp. Before this i would eatca whole pizza for supper now i wont even eat more then 2…

I have 2 kids about the same age and i taught my almost 3 year old sit ups and squats he thinks its the best thing ever... Not to mention its very funny and cute to watch a almost 3 year old do sit ups lol!! Try it out your kid will love " playing" with mommy!

Im not sure i eat less than 1200 a day and have been loosing weight at a good rate and feel absolutly fine havent gained it back yet either.... Hopefully that doesnt happen. :)

I dont know what theyre called but they have them on as seen on tv. U wear them around your waste n but they look like a shirt.. ( they cover plumbers crack) maybe try that!!! But hey dont care of wheat others think your doin this for u if ppl have a problem they dont have to look! Thats what i FINNALY learnt!

I like my glass of whiskey at night and so far since feb 16 i lost 5 pounds ive just been watching what i eat and making sure i have enough room in my calories for 1 or 2 drinks... Its been ok for me... I also go to the gym any wrre from 3-5 times a week for 1 -2 hours

If it fits drink it! If it doesnt... Make it work! I always make sure i have enough calories left over for whiskey and a can of ginger ale

Im severely lactose n tolerant and i can have greek yogurt because it is very high in bactiral culture. I also have a powder its called vances darifree. I just add water and its like milk. U can friend me and i can give u tips here n there:)

I havent weighed my food on a scale i usually just use measuring cups and can eyeball pretty good

I ordered pizza tonight and if you go on google and type in your pizza place and nutritional value/ calories it gave me each pizza the have with calories per 1 peice u should try it!

Im very ocd on this i think if i cant be acurate im only lying to myself i like to look back and see my progress each week... Im so ocd on it i even log a peice of gum (3 calories) lol

I want to lose 20 pounds i have a 2 and a 1/2 year old and a almost 7 month old! Work 9 hours a day and go to the gym 1-2 hours 3-5 times a week

I love the strawberry greek yogurt!!! And heres a tip if u are lactose and tolerant it has enough bactiral culture in it that u can eat it!!!! Im extreme lactose and tolerant and i put it to the test and it was fine for me!!

Its not your body the junk is goin into so i would buy it for him its him eating it not u!!! When ges ready he will eat healthier
