I dont have any cheat days but today was a emotional day so i saved my calories for drinks... Not a good idea but it happens but generally i wont cheat if i used up my calories then i have to ignore my cravings

Eat in moderation from what ive seen is most people eat a whole bunch of small meals a day rather than a few larger ones.... As for snacks.... Im not sure i dont eat snacks lol if i do its only part of a banana or crackers

Like i said b4 make sous and chilies and freze them in portions! Or if your low income try your local foodbank! ( its free) deffinitly less than 40$

Make homemade soups and chilis ect... Make enough that you can freeze them! And portion them so your not thawing everything out at once. Saves $ and cooking time

I am now learning to eat more calories.... But i am ocd over my calories If it goes in my mouth it goes in my diary if i feel i ate too much I exercise those specific calories away.... I know its bad but Im now learning that calorie goals r ok to go over a bit
