Still hungry

Almost over my calorie count (1200) and still really hungry today!! I always stay under or almost equal to count what can i do or eat to not go over and be full i have just over 100 calories left?!? Im always fine with my calories.... Today not so much

    I don't know what kind of food you eat, but here are some suggestions:
    egg white and mushroom omelet
    100 calorie pack of cocoa roasted almonds
    20 pretzel sticks
    1 1/2 tbs air popped popcorn

    eat any of these with a big glass of water :)

    If you are really truly hungry (not bored) then eat .. but eat some clean food. No point being hungry.

    If you eat the calories MFP sets for you, you are already eating at a deficit. In that case, you must eat all or at least most of your exercise calories back to stay healthy and not be hungry and still lose. I eat back 2/3 to all of my exercise calories back and still lose and I never feel hungry after a meal.

    Im not sure i just eat when im hungry stay under or the same as my goal then add in my excersize... Havent really thought about it till now! Today was a really hungry day though ive been pretty good for a month ... Since i started this mfp. Before this i would eatca whole pizza for supper now i wont even eat more then 2 slices... Guess i changed to much too fast?
