dont let him sabotage you. Even if he brings it in your house, don't eat it. You can do it. lately i have been doing the ellipticak everyday for 30+ minutes. i am worried that thats not enough or that i have to change it up to work out more of my body. I have heard that you dont have to target muscles but then i also heard you do...what to do?

i track everything. even a reeses miniature i had last night..lol...i still eat a sweet(non-healthy) here and there bec ause i feel if i deprive myself i will indulge when i am around it. I have junk food all around me all the time. So if i don't track everything and become accountable, then i will fall off the wagon.

Personally, i like the term "fluffy" better than fat, chubby, obese, etc... I call myself fluffy all the time. Everyone is different but instead of saying don't touch my roll,(lol), i tell my husband to not touch my fluff.... i just think it sounds better...

35 lbs is awesome!!!!Even if you dont see it now, you will feel it. At one point i lost around 30 lbs and didnt see ANY difference, but my husband did. So maybe the people around you do....Keep up the great work!!! You are an inspiration to us all!!!!
