I was wondering how i would enter a workout dvd into the exercise data? I don't know how many calories i burned so is there anything close to it that i could use? thanks

no imputting exercise goals for the week
Is it a bad idea to not put a weekly goal for exercise because i don't always get a chance too. That way my calories are lower then expected with exercise? Or is that a bad idea?

EXERCISING LATE AT NIGHT
I don't like exercising in front of my family so i wait until they go to bed. So i end up working out at like 3 or 4 AM. Is this okay or is it better to workout during the day? I know it sounds like a rediculous question but i would really appreciate your comments.....thank you
