I always try to make enough dinner to have left overs, if not it's usually a salad with protein. If I'm pressed for time - I will grab a frozen entrée from my freezer and warm it up at work. I buy the "Healthy Choice" brand with no preservatives and garbage

Go to the refridgerated section of the produce and get your dressing there. Typically they are more "natural" and have less preservatives and added junk. I don't know where you are - but look for "Renee's" or "Bolthouse" I have a "Bolthouse Classic Ranch" that's made from yogurt and only 25cals/tbsp - supper yummy!

Yes. I used to get really bad cramps at the beginning of my period - talked with with my Dr and he said cut down (waaaay down) on salt and increase water intake a week before you period. Helps with bloating and cramps.

Smell is caused by bacteria - try spraying your feet (top, bottom, and in between toes) with rubbing alcohol after showering and let air dry. Rubbing alcohol kills everything! where I live (north of the 49th parallel) we just call it iced tea :) I think mcdonalds uses Nestea - which isn't that bad - Up here anyways! They have no artificial flavours or colours or preservatives. The diet one is sweetened with sucralose edit: Everything in moderation :)

Vit D - especially during the winter….even though I'm in a sunny city in Canada we still don't get enough Calcium + D + Magnesium - I don't drink a lot of milk and need the other vits to help the calcium absorb Vit C - because I'm prone to yeast infections B complex - because I like to drink :drinker:

if you want pasta - try asking for 1/2 the amount of pasta. I usually do that. And I actually find it yummier because you still have the same amount of sauce and meat!
