lifting helped me a lot...lost nearly 16 kgs...lift dumbells 6kgs...squarts n lunges, deadlift, sidelunges....etc perfect for loosing wt..

me 5.2 feet tall weighing 61 kgs ,already lost 15 kgs by mfp n low carb...want to loose 3kg more..but I am vegetarian ..suggest meals

eat in limit ,exercise especially runing, dumbell lifting , walking worked for me..all 6 days of workout...lost 13 kg:smile: :drinker:

daily 2 hrs of workout .one hour of walking n 1hr of gym...I do 30 min cardio running on treadmill, elliptical trainer..dumbell 3kg in one hand ...squarts n lunges...circuit, n some floor exercises... lost 10 kgs in 3 months itself, n of course MFP food diary daily. for motivation keep reading the blogs on mfp...all d best
