    Yoga really helps. Mind, body and silence : )

    This. I also take spinning classes, but I enjoy the yoga for the glorious silence.

    Yoga and meditation! Sometimes just writing in my journal helps!!!

    I agree- Walking helps a great deal!



    And for me..... prayer while I walk.
