I love that! He's so right. Over the past year I have tried a few different diets and my conclusion: "don't diet". Eat healthy and exersise. Take it day by day. I will be fit and healthy if I keep moving in that direction. :)

The 30 day shred is a great workout. It will firm and add some muscle tone. I've been doing it on and off for months and when i can finish it without a break i am super impressed myself! :) It's tough.

I know what you mean, I like to enjoy a glass of wine but then it turns into two, not good for weight loss. Last summer i decided to try Miller's 55 calorie beer, it's not bad, really. If you compare the calories it's a huge savings from even the light beers and you can still enjoy a few with your friends without too much…
