Oh, I measure my work out by the machines I use they tell me the exact calories lost as for cardio but here they add 150 calories. I know it's enormous. Weight lifting maybe it's less calories burnt not sure.

I began last year and lost 15 lbs in about 5 months and gave up cause I stopped losing weight. So here I am again and stuck. I work out and gym doing weight lifting and cardio.

Hi I like your post and like to have you as a friend. I haven't been logging in but as today I promise to log in everyday. I have to lose 80 lbs. what a challenge. It's amazing to hear people losing over 100 lbs but hey we can also do it.

I am 5ft 2in. and began my weigh in at 217 Feb. 18 now today April 15 weigh 205 and feel 100 % better. I know this is just the beginning but I am on a role. You are just about the same weight when I began so I could help you with tips on fittness and food. I am much older than you and I am doing it, so don't give up!

I personally get on it for 3 or so mins. level 5 at slow pace to raise heart rate, then leave it on level 5 and go as fast as you can tolerate for 10 mins, then I raise it to level 13 and continue at moderate pace for 20 mins.

I am probably the only person that agrees with eating 500 cal. per day. I try to follow this diet eating healthy choices of food 1200 cal per day and it doesn't work for me. I also workout 4 to 5 times per week at gym. So the only way I've previously lost weight is eating 600 cal. per day and working out 5 days per wk. So…

It's great to hear you lost 11 lbs. I've been here for 3 days and lost 2 lbs and I'm jumping up and down. I hope to lose 11 lbs in a month it's a challenge but well worth it.

I agree with you totally. I am the same as you and goal is to get to 140 lbs, any lower and I will look sick. I have curves nothing wrong with that.
