exactly! before if i wanted ice cream, id eat AT LEAST a pint, maybe 2! but instead, i treat myself to a weight watchers ice cream snack (SO GOOD!) or skinny cow...both around 100-150 cals which definitely beats the pints i was eating at almost 2000cals!!!

im a HUGE cottage cheese fan, but know not all cottage cheeses are the same. some are just so tangy and nasty, then you'll find the perfect one. personally, i think HORIZON is the BEST out there hands down. packed with such much protein, its a great snack. sometimes ill add cashews in it, but mostly i just eat it plain.

i own both, but i find the LINK reads my body calorie expenditure better...since its reading my skin. the fitbit is also good, and also counts flights of stairs. never had any problem syncing the LINK to my phones, both to iphones and my new BlackBerry 10 (sideloaded app). id say go for it!!!!
