NEVER ate breakfast. probably had a pint of ice cream EVERY DAY at least. ordered delivery everyday, which consisted of pizza, chinese food, italian food all at portions for 2 plus some! ate boxes of cereal. literally. cheese doodles! ah, the good ole days... haha

what are you eating during the day?? make sure you are eating tons of protein for breakfast and lunch. it really does help me keep the urge of binging down..if at all. also make sure to leave some room for calories for a snack that you love at the end of the day, like ice cream or chocolate. and get those foods youre…

i think most people at 30 are renting a room, having NO kids and trying to figure out what the hell to do with their lives. youre normal, your coworkers..not so normal. dont think too much about it. sounds like you need to find real friends, and keep your coworkers as coworkers. youre fine.

i eat a weight watchers ice cream EVERY DAY for a snack. without it id die. dont deprive yourself, you can eat them if its within your calorie goal. itll also lessen the craving to eat the whole house when you restrict yourself so much. go for it! and enjoy it!
-
had a cuisinart, hated it ..threw it out. bought a nutribullet. it was OK, but never crushed ice to how i wanted it...ever. thought about vitamix, but then again i didnt want to spend $500. so i found a new blender called DASH. holy hell, its not only beautiful, but insanely amazing. soo sooo powerful. !!

i have both, have been wearing both as comparison. hands down on the bodymedia fit...its more accurate than the fitbit, since it measures to your body. HIGHLY recommend it!
-
bodymedia fit is more accurate. it reads your body in relation to calorie expenditure. id believe BMF over Fitbit.

more muscle you have, you burn more calories and fat. you may have not noticed a change on the scale, but that means nothing. keep going!

i felt the same as you, feeling awful and hating life and really hating myself for having gained this much weight. i started 6 weeks ago, and have already dropped 15lbs by eating right. i still have yet to hit the gym..but i know thats coming. you can do it. my best advice is to be on the forums as much as you can, and log…

wow, this is EXACTLY what went through my mind to start to make changes in my life, instead of eating more and hiding from the world because i was so down on myself. i either choose: (1) keep doing what ive been doing -ie gorging on food because i hated myself so much or (2)stop feeling sorry for myself and actually make…

you have to really, really want it. then you have to really, really commit to it. take each day as it comes, as it does gets easier along as you start shedding the weight. find foods you like and incorporate those into your day, staying within your calorie goal. if youre having portion problems, weight watchers is a good…

my god, i eat either a lean cuisine or weight watchers every dinner since i started a month ago. its the only thing (at this time) i enjoy immensely while still maintaining my calorie goal. sometimes ill add shrimp to add more protein. its easy and theyre quite delicious, but most importantly, i feel satiated that i dont…

ha! it still makes me laugh. so good! LONG LIVE MADTV.
-
it will pass. they usually say it takes about half the time youve dated someone to get over it... but everyone is different. keep going to the gym which will inadvertently make you feel better. things happen for a reason...so dont sweat it!
-
thanks guys. ok, i guess its just 3g more fat. still, i was mortified!! ive never eaten tuna in oil..always w water. x
-
MADTV was the BEST!!!

cant live without CHOBANI! I have one every morning. Protein:18; Fat:0. SO GOOD! also TUNA and AVOCADOS for my tuna avocado wrap. no more mayo for me! Mission carb balance wraps and definitely any weight watchers ice cream treat. a must!

if you feel uncomfortable telling him you want to lose weight, dont tell him. keep it to yourself, and make smarter choices when going to the fast food joints.
-
if he makes you go to these places to eat, then you have a choice to get a healthier option there than just fattening food. YOU have to want to make the changes, otherwise you never will. id also ask yourself why is he talking you into anything. ..... you can blame him for your choices for only for so long. temptation of…

so what. so did i yesterday. ate 10 hershey kisses, 2 ice cream sandwiches etc. 80% over my sugar allowance. who cares...start fresh today and carry on like you have that lost you 29lbs.
-
seriously? you think 29lbs is failure?! think about it. you could be 29+lbs heavier. keep going and dont make this a marathon. youre doing great!
-
oh hell no. i log EVERYTHING. living in denial only has gained me... 50+lbs! so no more denial for me.
-
its a GREAT GREAT program. when i last did it a few years ago, i lost 12lbs in 2 weeks. it was making me do what i had paid my trainer to teach me. i think ill pull it out and start it again. god knows i need to. also there are no updates to it because theyve discontinued development on it. a shame really, but at least its…

what i dont understand is the people on survivor. theyre hardly eating ANYTHING, yet they all become skeletal as the weeks go by. how do you explain that? why do we plateau when they clearly dont.
-
used to be an xbox fan, but ever since the ps3, ive only played on that console. in fact, i put away my xbox and all of its games. the ps is far superior! plus, if they integrate the vita to the 4, i can play my ps4 games in bed. yay! haha

LOVE the god of war series. downloaded the demo and its pretty good, but now insanely into tomb raider that ill wait to buy it down the line. but it did just seem like the same ole same ole..which is fine, but i can wait on it.
