  • Sounds like exhaustion. I've had the same feeling before and it turns out I wasn't eating well before my workout. Get some proteins and fats and maybe an apple in before you workout and hopefully that helps.
  • I have been feeling tired during workouts and they have been getting harder to finish. Is that due to eating too few calories? I found a good TDEE calculator and it says I should be consuming 2200 calories a day. I'll try that out for a few weeks with my current workout level and see where it takes me.
