I'm 50, Type II diabetic. Lost 7 pounds before my son toldme about MFP so my profile only shows the 2 pounds I have lost in the last week. Had a recent set back in that my left foot has become severely blistered from walking on the treadmill. I could use some advicde on alternative exercise methods. Feel free to ad me.
