  • ...alright sweet. Make sure everyone adds each other because today is the first day of April so I figured we could get the month started by sharing a workout or dieting tip. So everyone add each other and since we're already in the middle of the day, before you close your food diary for the day, post a tip as your…
  • @Shannon023 LMAO!!!
  • You should like Chobani...I love all of their flavors but my favorites are the blueberry, mango, honey, and vanilla. The flavors are pretty intense and they use real fruit so it's pretty hearty. People making the switch from what I call "fake yogurts" like Yoplait, Dannon, Yo Crunch etc. can never really get over the…

  • YAAAYYY, I'm so happy I'm not the only picture anymore! I'm not sure what your goal is, or how you're going about to accomplish it but the next progress picture is due on April 29th. Are you up for it? @Stephen54scc, I don't know why I can't ever reply to the person I intended to...anyway, that was at you;)
  • I have several pasta recipes that are all under 400 calories some under 300 calories. The main ingredient in achieving this is the type of cheese you use. I always use fat free cheeses. Trader Joe's is the best when it comes to this because they have a really extensive selection. Also, use olive oil instead of butter, two…
  • ...go to 'tinypic.com' and upload a photo. When it gives you the codes, copy the one that begins with are in lowercase letters. I know...a lot of work for something that you don't want to do, lol, but you have to, lol, since I'm currently the only one exposing my lard. @SexyGenius, I meant to respond to Stephen54scc
  • Yeah, MFP definitely allows for sodium overload! It's not recommend to eat over 1500mg a day and if you eat even moderately healthy it would be hard to surpass that intake. I rarely if ever exceed 800 and that's on a pasta day. As for sodium, try to get beans with no salt added, the same with tuna, and watch the cheese. I…
  • Yeah I did the Thirty Day Shred...to be completely honest it was more like "Twenty Day Shred" but I did a week on each level. I think it's a great program for strength training and it really helps in toning but as for weight loss, this is ineffective on its own. Though I'm no Jillian Michael's I recommend doing this in…
  • Because fruit consist primarily of water I imagine it would be rather difficult to have to much. Of course there is a such thing as having too much water and therefor one could also have to much fruit but for this to be the case a persons diet would have to consist of predominately fruit...I wouldn't worry to much about…
  • We have a lot in common, and besides our name too:) I don't eat burned calories either...I feel like you're hanging in neutral at that point. And I too have seriously increased my water intake; as with green tea. I go to the bathroom about twice an hour, lol...I even awake several times in the middle of the night. Annoying…
  • OMG...now I see why so many people were against taking pictures and posting them! Yuck. This back fat is so much worst on camera. I'm disgusted—and my mermaid thighs (or thigh I should say) are out of control. It's bad, and it's certainly not attractive but I hope that my honesty (which took encouragement from my husband)…
  • ...oh, sweet. That's good to know since you weren't the only one who 'bumped';) But yeah, I just got my husband to take my pictures and it's worst than I thought. I'm going to post the before pictures now and post the after pictures on April 29th. The good thing is that it can only get better from here...smdh (shaking my…
  • ...alright, help me out a bit, lol. I'm not sure what bump means. Is that MyFitness lingo for I'll pass?
  • ...lol, I meant to type "in the same challenging 'ways' not weighs."
  • You should try the Kellogg's Chocolate Delight...I believe it's only 120 calories a cup (which is a good size bowl of cereal). Also, if you can eat just one piece, the Rocher Ferrero candies are only 70 calories each—they typically come in a three pack so you don't have to worry about excess lying around the house.
  • Start looking at MFP as a lifestyle change as opposed to a diet. Stop counting calories, carbs, and fat and begin to understand that the concept is healthy eating. Once your perspective changes from "I have to loose X amount of pounds therefor I must do this" to "this is my life and there's no other way to do it," what you…
