i was at 1400 to loose half a pund a week, i weighed 130 and im 5'3, not ive lost 3.5 pounds so im up to 1630 cal per day maintaining my weight. i did try 1200 so i could loose a pound a week but it was too hard, are you sedentary beacuse 1200 is very low

I GET IT PACKAGED, BROWN SUGAR FLAVOR. ITS 160 CALORIES PER PACKET AND IF YOU PUT MAYBE HALF A CUP OF MILK THATS ANOTHER 60 CALORIES AND ITS SO YUMMY AND FILLING

when i crave something sweet i eat a toasted bagel with cream cheese sprinkled with splenda. its filling and sweet. half is a great snack or the whole bagel makes a nice breakfast or lunch

I WORK OUT AT NIGHT, I WORKOUT ACCORDING TO HOW MY DAY WENT. EXERCISE SUCKS AND I WONT DO MORE THAN I HAVE TO! LOL

I THINK WE ALSO HAVE A VERY MEDIA IDEA OF OBESE, WHEN I PICTURE OBESE I IMAGINE THE 600 POUND MAN THAT CANT LEAVE HIS HOUSE. ALTHOUGH I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT HOW BMI IS CREATED WE HAVE ALSO CREATED A VERY VERY NEGATIVE IDEA OF WHAT OBESE MEANS WHEN IN FACT IT JUST MEANS YOUR OVER RECOMMEND WEIGHT.
