you are pregnant and need to eat more. if your body is craving fruit it is for a reason! our bodies tell us what we need if we actually listen lol. No one ever got fat from eating fruit and even though it is glucose, it's natural and burns easier in our body than sugar would.

this recipe is NOT healthy! just because it's low in calories doesn't mean anything. it's full of chemicals and processed crap!

it's ok....just take a step back and look at what you did wrong and why. get back on track the next morning. after you realize why you did it, next time you are going through that, try to curb that binge feeling with exercise, prayer, talking to a friend, etc. whatever works for you! and good luck! hang in there :)

when you have an "off" day and you freak out that's good. you know you have to get back on track the next day. it's when you have an off day and don't care that you are in trouble!

You look great! However my pooch is way worse after 3 csections. But you give me hope :)

I've had 3 c sections...the last 2 were 13 months apart and mine is horrible. I am working at it every day. I know of women who don't have the pooch that had csections, but they didn't gain very much weight when they were pregnant or were big to begin with. I would like to see some hope too. lol

I've lost 65 lbs so far and have finally realized that one very important aspect is to limit the carb intake. If you are eating something you know has quite a few carbs, make your portion of that smaller and eat more of whatever is on your plate that is better for you....such as greens.
