Thanks everyone for your advice. I do my general cleaning everyday and never log it but i have had a full day vigerously cleaning today.. moving furniture, turning matresses scrubbed the carpet on the stairs an i di work up quite a sweat so have logged just 40 mins of light housework duties even though it was more like 3-4…
